Unfortunate that the european forums are where CM's give feedback.
Reading the post I just now realized that Crusader strike, by it's description /should/ refresh all judgements on the target, to be honest I'm not sure if it does because paladins never use judgements since it's a poorly implemented system for holy paladins to support the raid. I guess I'll have to test it.
Anyways, if nothing else it's an interesting read.

As far as I remember, I'm pretty sure it does indeed refresh all judgments. I somewhat recall a discussion on the topic when crusader strike was first implemented.
Otherwise, I'm sorry to say that retribution paladins are about the same as feral druids before mangle in terms of viability and utility to the rest of the raid. Sure, you get some good buffs, but the lackluster DPS makes it a hard sell.
