Updated 9/26. Hey guys, it's Lauren (Onatah). I noticed that these "new" rules were somewhat outdated, so I decided to edit the post and also sticky the other post made later concerning ranks. Feel free to look over the rules to see what has changed.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Original post from Arnis (Riina):
Hello everyone,
I want to ensure everything listed here is under scrutiny of not only the officers, but every member of the guild. If you have any questions, comments, or criticisms, please post them in this thread and we shall discuss them in an open manner.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Relinquished Rules and Regulations (Subject to change)
1.) If you leave the guild, your DKP will be removed after 1 week; if your DKP was negative and you come back to the guild, your DKP will return to the previous negative value.
2.) If you are kicked from the guild, your DKP will be removed after 1 week; if your DKP was negative and you come back to the guild, your DKP will return to the previous negative value.
3.) If someone takes over your account (if you sell it, for example), all characters in the guild on that account will be rolled back to zero DKP and the new player must meet our guidelines and be accepted through the application process. If they do not meet minimum standards, they will be promptly kicked from the guild.
4.) There must be an officer consensus to determine whether an alt can attend a raid (versus their main).
5.) A character will receive full DKP for being sat and staying online. This does not include if you were kicked for the raid for being AFK or if there are excess people of your class online.
6.) An officer may kick and/or demote a guild member if there is good reason and if he/she gives an explanation to that member; if there are any major discrepancies, the kick/demotion requires an officer consensus. If you do not agree with the kick or demotion, notify another officer within a week’s time and your appeal will be discussed among the other officers for potential reinstatement.
7.) Do NOT pester officers for invites to a raid. First offense, there will be warnings. Second offense, there will be an officer decided punishment.
8.) If you go AFK during a raid without valid reason (eating does not count), the raid leader reserves the right to replace you.
9.) Class priority for items will be determined by the officers if need be.
10.) Class officers must attempt to communicate more with their class members. If you have any problem whatsoever, please, feel free to speak to an officer at an appropriate time. The officers are being held to a new gold standard, as are all the rest of our members.
11.) The newest version of Deadly Boss Mods and KTM threat meter is required.
12.) Guild unity is top priority. Anything impeding this is strongly frowned upon, and any excessive breaches of this will be punished.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you have any questions, post them here or send a tell to an officer in game. If you wish to choose the latter for means of remaining anonymous, please feel free to do so. We will not punish criticism in the least; it is in fact encouraged so that we may grow and prosper.
Again, thank you for your time in reading.

Edit: I read it, and my commants are
8.) Do NOT ask for invites to a raid.
When people did that, I got extremely angry and just wanted to scream in full caps
-------------------------------------
The official raid days are as follows: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
+++++++++++
Official, NOT ONLY however. |

Concerning item 8....the new rule about not asking for raid invites. Just for my clarification.....
Does this include logging on after said raid is already in progress and asking, via guild chat, if there are any available slots in the raid ?
Thanks,
Coroner

| Will we know ahead of time what instance we are going to raid? I'm afraid to ask this question in game |

3 attendence points for being on at 6:30
1 or none any time after that
imo
then maybe an hour later if someone was on at 6:30, joined the raid and got attendence points but is not on an hour later because for some odd reason and doesn't come back, -10 dkp!
And for the love of .... Can we please invite outsiders from the guild for molten core and leave a full 40man relinquished to ANY other instance.
7-8 months of molten core is technically enough |

Concerning Item 8.
Please it's very easy to see that people are in an instance, if we need you, we usually are pretty clear in sending you tells and asking if you want the spot. Do not ask in guild chat for an invite, you could possibly ask your class leader if he/she is generous. If you are a mage, you better ask someone other than Dan if there is a spot, because you know damn well if I needed/wanted you I would ask you to come join us.
Never ask for invites unless explicitly told to do so, This is not a pug run, we aren't running ubrs, there is no PST. _________________ -Happy Hunting
