A Pennsylvania women is facing up to 90 days in jail for swearing at an overflowing toilet in her own home. Dawn Herb admits she used some four-letter words near an open window when she discovered that her toilet was leaking down into her kithen. Her neighbor, a police officer, took offense, and had her cited for disorderly conduct. "It doesn't make any sense, " says Herb. "I was in my house. It's not like I was outside or drunk."

Though Lohan has earned millions, she's a profligate spender who burned through her money on clothes, cars, cristal Champagne, and multiple homes; in the past year, she ran up a $1 million bill while living at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont. "The amount she has wasted putting cocaine up her nose is disgusting," adds the source. "Even she has lost count."

Lap dancers earn more money when they're in the most fertile stage of their menstrual cycle, says a new study. The findings suggests that simply in the way they move, women are able to send subconscieous signals to men that they are fertile and available for mating. When researchers collected data on 5,300 lap dances over a 60-day period, they found that the most fertile women - those who were ovulating - earned about $70 per hour in tips, while women who weren't ovulating earned $50 per hour. Menstrating women earned just $35 per hour. Women on birth control pills earned less across the board. Evolutionary psychologist Karl Grammer says that women appear to be endowed with extra physical allure when they're at their most fertilie. " It is highly possible that extrogen modulates motion abilities," Grammer tells Science. "It seems to be most likely that body motion - not pheromones - is the information carrier."
