Please state the reason for your current talent build: At the moment I decided to try a variation of the AP/POM/Pyro build to include more fire pts then normal. I haven't tried this before and wanted to see how it does in a raid. I have absolutely no problem speccing to a different spec.
Would you be willing to respec if needed?: yes

Are you attuned for Karazhan?: yes
Past raid experience: full clears in kara, BWL, MC, Naxx, Gruul's Lair, -- in TK i've attempted Al'ar and Killed Void Reaver several times, in SSC only attempted lurker. Done mag's lair and cleared it.
Past Guilds and your reasons for leaving: I am in TBW atm and I wish to leave for a better guild because TBW is not progressing, in fact we are degressing and have been for a long time.
Will you be able to meet our raid schedule at least 70% of the time?: yes i will be able to meet it.

I myself am a good raider when I am needed. I do not have the best gear I still need the dagger from prince or the sword from gruul. However I do use as many pots/flasks as possible to attempt to make up for my lack of gear. I enjoy raiding and that is the main reason I wish to join The Relinquished. I will be able to make every raid during the week and always come prepared to do the best that my gear/talent build will allow me. I sincerely hope that the Relinquished will give me a good consideration as they look for more dedicated members (like me) for their raiding team.
