Would you be willing to respec if needed?: Yep, I've had to respec before for shots @ loot/guild need whatever, and I have zero problem with it.

Anything else: Paladin is easily near 19k hp raid buffed, uncrushable/uncrittable, whole nine yards, I AoE ZA trash. I recently came off a bit of a long casual break with WoW, so I know there are a few holes in my Pally's tank gear, working hard on fixing those asap, been kinda screwed on drops (and crap rolls on gruul shield). I try not to loot whore, my attitude is really that loot is there for the guild, and I generally put the guild ahead of my own needs, because really that benifits me more anyway. I like to have fun while raiding, so if I don't seem overly serious, it's a little misleading, I do like winning and I do everything I can to win (in this case progress, etc).
