Thoughts on the guild so far.Just wondering what the Officers have in store for the future? As of right now were not really moving forward. Were kinda stayting stationary. Grp 2 for Kara has kinda regressed and now were back to stopping on Maiden when we used to get up to Prince. Waxbad is doing an amazing job getting grp 2 in order imo. I think we need to appoint more Officers, mostly for the reason of if we are going to have 2 kara grps it would only make sense.
We should have a 3rd Kara grp because most of the later instances are 25 man so it would be better to have 30 geared people instead of 20 and the rest moderately geared.
I will be willing to step up and lead the 3rd Kara group but I will need the power to recruit people. Our guild needs Prot Warriors/Warlocks/Priests/Paladins. With these additions it will be very easy to create a 3rd group.

Brian (Hooraybeer) and I are actually working on a Warlock/Paladin at the moment because at the time we didn't think his Warrior would be able to get a raid spot for a long time. (lol!) Ah well, he didn't much like Prot anyway.
I'm willing to help the guild with some things, though I'm not sure what I can do. Herbs?

Shimmon, make a Friday/Saturday/Sunday Kara group so I can raid it while I have this job 
Setting Sunday as a Gruul's Lair day in stone would also hopefully remedy people not logging on because they're not sure if it's a raid day or not.

I'm going to make my raiding days Sunday,Monday,Tuesday unless we have Gruul on a sunday. I was a little disappointed in the way the grps were handled yesterday because it was very impromptu. No advance notice was given to myself that I was going to be leading a Kara group at 9pm. This posed a problem for me. I'm not able to raid late at night. I would preferablly have my raid times at 8-12 4 nights a week. As for the other group I cannot attend that seeing as how they start at 9 and will probally be raiding past 12.
Im leaving this post undone because I want to add in names for the group members I will be taking.

I can do Sundays if we're not doing Gruul, but I have work Mon-Thurs from 5PM-10PM. So weekends work best for me until I'm done with this job. I can always jump in if someone has to go, but otherwise I can't make Mon or Tues 
Of course you guys can clear to Curator during the week, and I'll hop in Fri-Sun (whichever days are decided on) to finish clearing the instance 
Gruul's should come first, though, as I think progressing in content is most important at this time.

There aren't going to be set groups. Currently group 1 is stacked in order to down Nightbane for progression reasons. Once they kill him, TONIGHT, groups will be getting switched around. So take this thread completely with a grain of salt.

well currently im going to be staying with the group im in. I like these guys. They learn very fast. 1st time for all but supeg doing opera and they one shotted flawlessly. On the first ever attempt of curator we got him to 50%. Once we get the gear we will have nightbane down before you Wax!
