Firstly, I'd recommend setting your UI scale down to like .8 or .7, it makes everything smaller so your UI doesn't look as crowded.
As for addons...
For a full unit frame replacement, I highly highly suggest X-Perl Unit Frames. This addon's freaking amazing. It does so much and is yet really good with keeping it's memory usage down.
For action bars, I'll suggest Bongos. It's the most configurable action bar replacement I've seen. It'll let you enable/disable/move/rescale/resize/reorient/whatever up to 10 action bars anywhere on your screen as well as giving you a movable and configurable XP Bar and Cast Bar and letting you control your Minimap and pet bar as well. It's pretty amazing. Also, I see you're using OmniCC (or what looks like it), Bongos works perfectly with it, if you were wondering.
For cast bars... I've actually found myself having 2. One is built into X-Perl... Whenever a unit starts casting a spell (You, your target, your focus, your pet or its target, or anyone in your party) it changes their name plate to a cast bar that says what spell it is. It's really nice for the party and pet stuff, but I prefer using eCB. Enemy Cast Bar. It allows you to move, reskin, resize and/or remove your own, your target's, and your focus's cast bar.
Miscellaneous.... Umm... Is that Titan Panel in your SS or Fubar? I can't tell. Well, I used Titan Panel for a long time, longer than I should because I'm stubborn. Fubar, imo, is way better. It has much better memory management stuff and it allows you to move the addons around on the bar a lot easier. There's an assload of Fubar addons, too, since Fubar is Ace2-based.
For Buffs and Debuffs, if you like the wow icon set-up, then ignore this, but if you like the bars that show time remaining and stuff, then Elk's Buff Bar is what you want. It'll be in the pic.
Uhh.... Atlas and Atlasloot are pretty cool little addons. Maps of instances, placement of bosses, and, with Atlasloot, the loot each boss drops. They've got it up to date with Black Temple, so it's pretty nice.
That's actually about it, I guess. There're a lot more addons that I use, but this is a lot already.
Catch me in vent or tell me to get on if you want any help setting them all up. None of them are hard to use, but it can be kinda confusing what all the options do.
BTW, SS's are:

(My resolution is at 1280 x 1024, but Photobucket auto-sizes them down. =( )
